Rome
During the ten days spent in Rome, while the urban body workshop continued in Serbia and Macedonia, I visited almost all the churches, piazzas and buildings I studied in my 3rd year on Architecture. For me visiting the works of Miguel Angelo, Bernini and Borromini was a way to remember the lectures of Domingos Tavares, the history professor.
I also need to thank Ana and Xana for their hospitality. Thanks for the pastas, the ice creams, the lovely pizzeria and the delicious tiramissu.

At the end of the workshop we proposed to do something that could show what we found, confronting non-roma people with the reality of the camps.
The original idea consisted in formalising a outdoor panel with some pictures, plans and drawings of three different camps that could be exposed in the city centre of Rome. For example in Piazza Navona next to the paintings that tourists love so much.
Distributing flyers and confronting people with this reality would be a way to see their reaction and to check their knowledge about these communities.
Unfortunately that wasn't possible to do but the panel was finished and here it is.
